My leadership spans projects in over six countries, overseeing comprehensive aspects from strategy formulation and budgeting to schematic design, procurement, and final construction delivery.

Integrated Project Delivery Expertise: I possess in-depth expertise in the holistic delivery of workplace projects across various scales. My role has seen the spearheading of hundreds of integrated projects, managing every facet for optimal outcomes. I’ve helmed complex, mission-critical initiatives and built specialized teams for integrated results. I’ve pioneered our approach to 3D, 4D, 5D, and integrated delivery through visual project management, culminating in a progressive form of BIM. Further, I’ve cultivated teams and technologies to globally actualize these capabilities.

Knowledge Management Leadership: In collaboration with a dynamic team, I’ve co-designed multiple websites, learning tools, and knowledge portals. With a keen eye for quality, I’ve curated thousands of premier knowledge resources and orchestrated numerous videos.
